Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights and Business Intelligence Analyst to collaborate with business teams, applying technology like Power BI, Data Science, and modeling tools to build working prototypes. This role involves directing DA&I; engineers on implementation tasks to improve solution stability and quality, increase customer adoption and loyalty, and reduce support needs. The successful candidate will drive change management efforts for Customer Literacy and Data & Analytics Governance practices within their assigned domain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner with DA&I; Technical Lead to lead Program Increment sessions with partners to identify priorities. 2. Define business cases to help prioritize and execute based on team capacity. 3. Coordinate project resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 4. Map out team-to-team dependencies and collaborate with capability teams. 5. Improve processes by studying current practices and designing modifications in partnership with partners. 6. Team up with the Data Governance team to update metadata and data literacy content. 7. Work with DA&I; Engineers to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Capability teams. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. Favorable Qualifications A strong background in: - Multi-dimensional design, star schemas, facts, and dimensions. - Basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards experience. - Software design, documentation, development process, and software requirements knowledge. - Business functionality understanding and ability to translate it into application requirements. - Understanding of software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
