About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Strategist to lead the strategy and execution of 360-degree digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and multi-touch demand generation. You will work closely with service line marketers and sales teams to drive campaign success, manage paid media budgets, and optimize performance across various digital channels. This role reports directly to the VP of Performance Marketing. What You’ll Do Campaign Strategy and Execution Develop and lead digital marketing strategies for service lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns (search, social, display). Manage the paid media budget and ensure campaign efficiency and ROI. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with service line marketers (Cloud, Data & AI, etc.) to understand campaign requirements and content needs. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing leads and sales efforts. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights based on key metrics like CPC, CPL, conversions, MQL ratio, SQL-to-deal ratio, and pipeline win ratio. Align closely with the CRM system POC (HubSpot) to provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team. Continuous Learning and Adaptation Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Adapt to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and methodologies. What You Bring Experience and Skills 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media. Background in B2B Tech and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is highly desirable. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and email marketing. Basic working knowledge of WordPress is mandatory. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce and analytics tools. Personal Attributes Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have Agency experience.
