We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and video-savvy Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of all social media content and engagement, with a strong focus on creating and repurposing short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. You’ll play a key role in growing our online presence and building brand visibility. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary ($800 + $55 Allowance per month) - Strong support system - Salary increase starting in your first year of employment (based on performance) - Monthly Performance Incentive (only for full-time roles | based on given metrics |can range from $40 - $50) - Health benefit ($30/month) - No computer activity monitoring - Training materials for upskilling are provided - Paid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes) - Paid sick leaves (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance) - Paid planned leaves - Internet Allowance ($25/month) **Key Responsibilities** **Content Strategy & Planning** - Develop social media strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights - Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar across all major platforms - Identify and integrate current trends and platform updates into strategy **Content Creation & Video Production** - Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored to each platform - Repurpose video assets for cross-platform publishing - Write compelling captions and CTAs that reflect brand voice **Community Engagement & Growth** - Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions to engage with the audience - Grow followers and engagement organically through platform-native features and trends - Collaborate with internal teams or clients to ensure alignment on brand messaging **Analytics & Optimization** - Track performance metrics across platforms (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) - Analyze data and provide monthly reports with actionable insights - Recommend improvements to content and strategy based on performance **Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support** - Assist with additional marketing or creative tasks as needed - Support special campaigns or projects outside regular content scope **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in content creation or digital marketing - Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably in a remote or agency setting - Strong video editing skills and a passion for creative storytelling - Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and platform-specific trends - Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent written and visual communication skills - Organized, self-motivated, and highly creative **Working Hours**: **Full Time (40 hours per week)** **Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time** Application Question(s): - How many years of experience do you have as a Social Media Manager? - How many years of experience do you have in Content Creation? - How many years of experience do you have in Video Editing?
