Job Overview We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Technical Solutions Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients launching consumer and/or business credit portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Visa's products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support and guidance to clients on portfolio launches and related activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services - Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or operations role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong knowledge of Visa's products and services - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - Additional experience in credit card portfolios and rewards/loyalty programs
