IT Support Engineer Opportunity The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and training to clients, ensuring seamless installation, integration, and operation of our clinical software platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The selected candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing integration models between our platforms and third-party software. - Provide customer assistance through the installation, integration, and operation of our clinical software platforms. - Instruct clients and support personnel in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the platforms. - Offer remote and on-site support for clinical software platforms. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience and a degree in Electronics, Computing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or a related field. Strong MS Office Skills are also essential, including data manipulation and presentation building. The role requires excellent systemic thinking, approachability, and communication skills. The candidate must also be able to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate good judgment.
