We are seeking a creative and strategic Mid-Level B2B Marketing Specialist to join Addison House’s team. Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct research to analyze target markets, customer preferences, and competitors. B2B Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales for designers and dealers. Multi-Channel Communication: Create comprehensive plans for advertising, public relations, social media, and more to engage the target audience. Branding: Build and maintain a strong brand identity that reflects Addison House’s values and unique qualities. Social Media Management: Post daily on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to boost engagement. Promotional Tactics: Implement discounts, loyalty programs, partnerships, and other tactics to attract and retain customers. Website Management: Oversee the company website to ensure it effectively attracts and engages B2B customers. Performance Tracking: Set up metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and track progress toward goals. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with their objectives, including creating quote templates for sales reps. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience Mid-level experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field. Relevant background can include internships, freelance work, or full-time positions. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media management, email marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics). Knowledge of branding, market segmentation, and audience targeting. Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong presentation skills for delivering strategies and reports. Industry Knowledge Understanding of Addison House’s industry, market trends, and competitor landscape. Languages Spanish Certifications (Preferred) Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Content Marketing certifications are a plus. A portfolio showcasing previous marketing work is highly beneficial.
