They are at the forefront of transforming high-interest consumer lending on a global scale, with a mission to make affordable credit accessible to all, especially those overlooked by traditional banking systems. The Team Lead coaches team members, monitors performance metrics, and provides feedback to improve efficiency and service standards. They escalate complex customer issues and collaborate with other departments for swift resolutions. They also ensure adherence to lending policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining team morale. Their role bridges frontline service and managerial oversight to drive customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Monitor and guide agents’ daily performance, ensuring productivity and quality in customer interactions. Provide real-time feedback, training, and mentorship to improve agent skills and resolve challenges. Act as the first escalation point for complex borrower issues, coordinating solutions with other departments as needed. Ensure agents follow lending policies, compliance standards, and service protocols accurately. Foster a positive team environment, address concerns, and motivate agents to meet targets. Participate in and support the Supervisor in preparing for weekly team meetings to ensure alignment with goals, share insights, and contribute to overall objectives. Secure coverage on Saturdays, with rotating shifts on weekends. Support the team by assisting with tasks, sharing insights on cases, and ensuring coordination. Troubleshoot issues and assist in specific designations as needed. Handle team walkthroughs at various points of the day, ensuring smooth operations and providing support as needed. Abide by company policies and procedures for each process (application status, bankruptcy, billing disputes, attorney retention, etc.) Maintain quality standards established by the organization to support processes effectively. Provide coaching and feedback sessions with agents, documenting interactions properly, and ensuring agents commit to improvements.
