You will have an important role within the organization. We see this position as critical to our success. Responsibilities: Carry out the overall recruiting strategy Analyze and report hiring trends and metrics Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media Screen candidates' resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Proactively seek opportunities to establish a talent pipeline Assist with retention efforts through stay and exit interviews Promote the company's reputation as the best place to work Skills: Strong computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with various selection processes Proficiency in using ATS is a must Strong attention to detail Great organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Prerequisites: High school diploma/GED Recruiting experience is a must 2 years of experience recruiting in the healthcare industry is preferred Must have acceptable background screening from Family Care Safety Registry Job Type: Full time Pay: $25- $28 per hour depending upon experience.
