Job Summary This position involves installing and repairing medical printing devices, as well as training users on their use. About the Role - Install and operate medical imaging diagnostic printing equipment. - Repair medical imaging diagnostic printing equipment such as Drystars, EOS Fix, Mammography, CR, DR, and others. - Train users in the use and handling of equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize repairs. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong interpersonal skills for working with customers and colleagues. Travel is a requirement for this position, with availability to visit countries in North and South America. Key Responsibilities 1. Installation and Repair: Install and repair medical printing devices, including Processors, Hardcopy Printers, Digitizers, Workstations, and Digital X-Ray Equipment. 2. User Training: Train users on the use and handling of equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize repairs. 3. Remote Support: Provide remote support to dealers for installations and repairs. 4. Moderation: Moderate customers on possible problem solutions related to equipment use. 5. Administrative Functions: Perform administrative tasks such as phone call attendance and data entry into the ServiceNow database. Requirements - Education: Electronic and Communications Engineer or similar degree. - Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Computed & Direct Radiography X-Ray systems. - Technical Skills: - Analog and Digital Devices Knowledge. - Networking. - Soft Skills: - Customer focus. - Good interpersonal relationships. - Service attitude. - Language Skills: Intermediate to advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
