We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineering Lead (Quality) to join our team. This role involves leading automation testing efforts, working with developers and product owners, and ensuring automated tests align with functional and non-functional requirements. Key responsibilities include: - Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test scripts for .NET-based applications using frameworks like NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit. - Collaborating with developers and product owners to ensure automated tests meet project requirements. - Performing API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger, and implementing automated API tests where needed. - Ensuring integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar. - Analyzing and troubleshooting test failures, identifying defects, and working with development teams for resolution. Leadership Experience This role requires proven experience in leading a QA team or working in a team lead capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also essential. Requirements - You must reside in Chile or Colombia. - Advanced English skills. - Extensive experience in .NET development and automation testing, with hands-on experience using NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, or other .NET-compatible frameworks. - Strong programming skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and experience integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). - Solid understanding of web technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases. - Experience with front-end test automation tools such as Selenium and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
