Senior Recruiter at BairesDev We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks with attention to detail. What You Will Do: Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings. Gather accurate information related to the profile and requirements of each opening. Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify suitable candidates. Present candidates to clients and team leads. Work with Operations and Client Services to identify opportunities within existing accounts. Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes. What We Are Looking For: Proven analytical skills, extreme attention to detail, and effective prioritization and multitasking abilities. Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in Staffing or Project Management. Advanced level of English. Desirable: Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
