Title : Trainer AFR Location : GSC BOG As an Expert with Business Support Service Line at DHL Global Forwarding Freight (DGFF) Global Service Center (GSC), you will be responsible for driving and delivering trainings for Air products. You will support our Country Training teams by managing training and administrative tasks within specified timelines and quality standards, aligned with business objectives and DHL group guidelines. Key Responsibilities : Understand customer and stakeholder interests and concerns. Advise station operators and stakeholders on TMS (Transport Management System). Act as a primary contact for internal users with technical or administrative TMS issues. Maintain and implement standards, systems, and processes for training delivery and administration support. Promote acceptance of new concepts and practices among subject matter experts. Manage follow-ups, escalate issues when necessary, and document push-back appropriately. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during operational and organizational changes. Educate staff on new policies, procedures, and technologies to foster adaptability and continuous improvement. Report issues to senior stakeholders and collaborate with Learning and Development, Operations, and Hiring Teams. Coordinate with third-party service providers when needed. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ensure new hires meet system access requirements, including IT setups and tickets where applicable. Support CW1 End-User training on-site for production access. Deliver US AFR E2E training to new hires, including CW1 Search Grid and other specific trainings. Provide ongoing support and training to the team in BOG. Incorporate learning objectives into training, gather feedback, and test new techniques to improve effectiveness. Analyze process and policy changes and update training accordingly. Collaborate with US training & operations teams regularly. Apply best practices to enhance process and technological knowledge. Review and update training plans to meet objectives. Identify process improvement opportunities and develop relevant training programs. Implement best practices and streamline workflows with stakeholders. Collect feedback and test new tools and processes to boost training effectiveness. Contribute to coaching and development of team members, maintaining training attendance records in ‘My Talent World’. Skills / Requirements : Students or professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years’ experience managing US Air products. CargoWise Certified Operator, Professional, and Specialist certifications for Ocean products. Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies. Proficiency with training management systems like My Talent World. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong analytical skills. Ability to manage demanding stakeholders and multi-task effectively. Experience with large, complex training delivery is preferred.
