The **Translations Analyst LATAM** is responsible to manage translations from English into local language of documents related to clinical trials being performed by Global Clinical Trial Operations in the region within previously agreed timeframes with both users and vendors, keeping on mind not only the quality but also the accuracy of the translation, with the main goal of complying with requirements set up by the countries within the region as well as by Headquarters regarding the execution of clinical trials. **Responsibilities include** (but are not limited to): - Main Point of Contact (POC) for translation vendors and requestors - Reception and filing of documents to be translated - Selection of qualified translation vendor - Setting up of translation instructions and timeframes, as well as sending of documents - Registration of all documents sent to translation in a database - Reception and filing of documents already translated by vendors - Quality control and assurance of translations according to Standard Operating Procedure to optimize both quality and time performance indicators - Provide feedback to and keep contact with translation vendors to assure quality and compliance - Create, feed and update glossaries according with feedback received and given as well as with business needs - When necessary, perform translations of documents **Experience Requirements**: - 3 years’ experience on translation of clinical and/or scientific texts **Educational Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree preferred degree in languages or humanities - C1 English Level. English proficiency translating documents.
