Responsibilities - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written fluency). - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) handling immigration cases, especially T Visa, VAWA, and other humanitarian-based processes. - Demonstrated ability to lead paralegal processes, support the training of new team members, and work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent legal writing, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. - Ability to review, supervise, and improve work submitted by other paralegal team members. - Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment. - Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Slack, CampLegal, Google Drive, , or similar platforms).
