Remoto ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The ControlCase Business Development Representative is a perfect position for an outgoing, energetic person who would like to enter the Cybersecurity workforce. This person will follow up on mostly warm leads who have requested information from ControlCase within 5 minutes of receiving notification. The BDR quickly researches the individual and the company in question, documents finding in Salesforce, and places the lead in a Sales cadence, making an outbound call or scheduling an email depending on the cadence requirements. Some knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is helpful but not imperative, if the applicant is willing to research and learn these concepts on their own, by viewing the ControlCase YouTube channel and reviewing our documentation. PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS • Excellent communications skills • Written and spoken English fluency – native or near-native • Knowledge of the core sales concepts • Some Sales or customer service background #J-18808-Ljbffr
