Job Description This job is responsible for managing aportfolio of clients with duties that include developing measurablestrategic plans to foster expansion, developing effective marketingand communication plans, and ensuring bank product offerings andservice support meets client expectations. Job expectations includeserving a lead role in the coordination of complex Request for Proposal processes together with the Treasury Sales teams, buildingpartnerships with business partners and key client decision makers,and completing portfolio business reviews with a focus on revenuerealization. Responsibilities: - Maintains a client focus, treasuryindustry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broadunderstanding of the bank's structure - Drives revenue andprofitability growth by identifying new opportunities andsupporting clients with both strategic and tactical needs withinthe region of coverage - Develops data driven insights andpresentations for clients, including recommendations to reducerisk, improve working capital, and digitization ofpayments/receipts, etc. - Participates in the Client ManagementProcess that focuses on client relationship development from growthof new client relationships to deepening existing relationshipthrough thoughtful identification of client needs - Buildsrelationships with internal business partners and key clientdecision makers and completes account/portfolio business reviews -Ensures service and fulfilment related requests/queries aredirected to the relevant teams accordingly, responding to allclient and partner requests in a timely manner, and keepingstakeholders up-to-date on progress - Maintains pricing for clients(pricing changes, new services) and ensures all products andservices are billed accordingly, while managing client escalationsand keeping the internal team informed.
