Marketing Content Manager This role is responsible for developing and executing the company's global content marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual communicator with strong English writing and editorial skills, and a proven track record of leading content teams in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and marketing goals. - Manage and mentor a team of content creators and editors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery. - Oversee the content calendar and coordinate across departments to align messaging and priorities. - Plan, write, and optimize content for email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurture workflows. - Edit and proofread content to maintain a clear, consistent, and professional brand voice across all platforms. - Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and digital marketers to produce multi-format content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, social media, videos, podcasts, etc. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience leading and scaling content teams. - Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Experience developing content for email marketing campaigns. - Strong storytelling, editing, and copywriting skills. - Proficient in SEO principles, analytics, and content optimization. - Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and project management tools.
