As a Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities will include identifying and attracting top technical talent for various roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with company goals. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to extending offers—and utilizing data insights to optimize efforts will be key. Your expertise in blockchain/Web3 will be vital in building strong relationships and bringing innovative talent into the team. Accountabilities Collaborate with talent leadership and hiring managers to execute talent acquisition strategies. Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers. Use recruitment tools like Lever or similar systems to track applicants and manage pipelines. Leverage data and insights to drive initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and a strong talent network. Maintain a high sense of urgency while adopting a consultative approach with stakeholders. Requirements Passion and professional experience recruiting in the blockchain/Web3 space. At least 7 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a tech startup environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems like Lever or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and managers. Creativity and flexibility in sourcing strategies, with a high sense of urgency.
