FX Trader We're looking for an experienced FX Trader with a background in banking and a strong drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for executing FX trades, monitoring market movements, and ensuring efficient currency conversions. What we're looking for: Trading & Market Knowledge – Experience in FX trading, market analysis, and currency risk management. Banking Experience – Prior experience in a banking or financial institution with exposure to FX markets. Well-Organized – Ability to manage multiple trades, workflows, and data streams with precision. Analytical & Quantitative Skills – Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven trading decisions. Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with trading platforms, FX models, and data tools (SQL, Python, R is a plus). Fast Execution & Decision-Making – Ability to act quickly in high-pressure trading environments. Master’s Degree (Preferred) – A master’s in finance, economics, or a related field is a plus. Startup Mindset – Adaptability, ownership, and a strong bias toward execution in a high-growth setting. Key Responsibilities: Execute FX trades efficiently while optimizing for cost, speed, and liquidity. Monitor currency markets and provide insights to improve trading strategies. Work closely with operations to ensure seamless FX settlements. Analyze pricing, spreads, and execution quality to maximize performance.
