Main Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing multiple customer accounts, targeting over 50% face-to-face visits per account. - Maintain and grow existing revenue streams and relationships with key accounts, including DGF. - Enhance DGF collaboration by identifying mutually beneficial opportunities. - Collaborate with Revenue Management to review customer tariffs based on market data. - Coordinate with the Quotation team to provide timely spot rate quotations aligned with suggested selling rates. - Gather and manage information on live shipments and volume opportunities requiring contract rates. - Negotiate spot and contract rates with support from Revenue Management and Quotation teams to secure optimal business terms. - Follow up on sales leads, develop new business, and identify decision makers. - Manage day-to-day customer relationships, identify opportunities, and align services to increase revenue and volume. - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, penetration, and profitability in assigned accounts. - Utilize DHL ACS market data tools to identify sales opportunities. - Maintain an up-to-date customer database with sales activities and potential opportunities. - Understand DHL network schedules, aircraft types, ULD types, and restrictions, and communicate effectively with customers. - Manage flexible capacity options and customer allocation performance, including early releases and cancellations. - Facilitate information exchange between internal departments and customers regarding shipments, space, and rates. - Influence customer perceptions through empathy and comprehensive network knowledge. - Ensure high post-sales satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. - Negotiate service recovery and compensation with customers when service failures occur. - Participate in trade shows, customer events, and training sessions as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: - Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. - Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards. - Financial acumen to manage budgets and control costs. - Project management skills to meet deadlines and objectives. - Strong relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Data-driven decision-making skills. - Adaptability and customer-oriented mindset. - Effective communication and leadership abilities. - Conflict resolution skills and strategic thinking. - Bilingual in Spanish and English. #J-18808-Ljbffr Required Skill Profession Ventas (General)
