Join us in shaping our future-and yours. **Role reports to**: Technical Operation Director Latam **Location**: Cali **Travel %**:10% **What you will do** The Project Manager Engineering is responsible for overseeing all engineering operations and developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and delivering projects portfolio on time within budget and scope for Engineering Projects. Key Responsibilities - Support the implementation of all engineering projects and plant business strategic capex initiatives aligned with Kenvue business goals - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address engineering-related challenges and opportunities in engineering management portfolio - Manage large-scale engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget - Ensure all project change controls, final validations, documentation management in accordance with the Quality Management System ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices - Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize operations and maintenance for the Engineering department - Lead cost-efficiency and technical improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering management - Act as the technical lead for the Site´s Engineering projects, driving successful project outcomes - Coordinate contractor activities ensuring effective execution and technical guidance across all phases of project execution **What we are looking for** Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing engineering area - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in project development and industrial technologies Desired Qualifications - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards innovative goals - In-depth knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations to drive creative problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders **What’s in it for you** - Competitive Benefit Package* - Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More! - Learning & Development Opportunities - Kenvuer Impact Networks - This list could vary based on location/region - Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
