**RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medellin,** is looking for a _Call Center Supervisor_, to join our growing management team within the healthcare vertical. We seek a high-performance individual with experience leading a team of 15+ people to help grow our call center. Our **Senior Call Center Supervisor **will work closely with each department’s team leads to ensure productivity and a comfortable environment. This person must work in-office and be present in the call center’s scheduled shift. **The Senior Call Center Supervisor will be in charge of** - Delegating tasks - Reviewing KPIs and providing feedback to maximum team performance - Minimal training - Supervising multiple growing departments - Having critical conversations with team members for conflict resolution **Our ideal Senior Call Center Supervisor must have**: - C1 English level proficiency - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience - 2-4 years of experience handling teams of 15+ people and in a customer service environment - Experience and knowledge solving customer’s issues **Some of the soft skills we’d like this person to have are**: - Organization - Activities prioritization - Tech-savvy - Assertive communication - Problem-solving - Time-management - Attention to detail - Customer and results-oriented **Salary**: $3,500,000 - $4,000,000 per month
