Inthis role, you'll collaborate closely with senior investmentprofessionals and advisors to drive impactful strategies andenhance portfolio performance. This roleoffers unique exposure to healthcare software investments, withstrong potential for career growth. In this position, thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limitedto: 1. Perform in-depth due diligence and analysis on potentialinvestments, and produce detailed, top-tier quality investmentmemos and materials that enable the client’s key investmentdecisions. 2. Build and maintain complex financial models,valuations, financial forecasts, and bespoke company and industryanalyses. 3. Conduct detailed sector and company-level analysis,including primary and secondary research. 4. Complete thesisdevelopment and investment sourcing efforts through clienttargeting and landscaping; business development, outreach, industryevents; CRM management; and more. 5. Undertake unique and excitingclient growth platform initiatives with portfolio companies,including day-to-day contributions to sales and marketing,technology, operations, and other areas. 6. Perform continuousmonitoring of portfolio company performance, operational andfinancial results, and provide insights into growth opportunitiesand improvement areas. 7. Support investor relations, fundraising,and LP development, communications, and presentations. 8. Participate in, prepare, and provide support for meetings andinteractions with internal and external parties (e.g.,intermediaries, co-sponsors, management teams, limited partners).9. Own, progress, and sustain key client resources and processes,including regular portfolio reporting, investment pipeline/CRMtools, firm databases, and internal evaluation assets. 10. Regularly engage and interface with mid-level and senior investmentteam members. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Fluent English proficiencyat B2 level or higher (verifiable). 2. Degree in business, finance,economics, or related fields. 3. 2 - 3 years of experience ininvestment banking, management consulting, or private equity. 4. Industry experience in healthcare, life sciences and/or technologyis preferred. 5. A high level of interest and demonstratedknowledge and passion for health care/health tech. 6. Excellentanalytical skills and attention to detail. 7. Exemplary businesswriting and verbal communication skills. 8. Proficiency infinancial modeling, valuation techniques/methods and financialstatement analysis. 9. Highly motivated self-starter with genuinedesire to learn and take on a high degree of responsibility. 10. Ability to “run with” complex and sometimes ambiguous assignments,and thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere with limitedsupervision. 11.
