Role Objective Execute, manage, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across DSP platforms, ensuring the achievement of performance KPIs through data-driven decision-making, bidding strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns on DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Videoplaza, etc. Ensure timely and accurate campaign activation and implementation in accordance with client objectives. Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, and delivery; and adjust as needed. Reviewing data in the reporting and data analysis tool with the aim of ensuring compliance with the campaigns and the assigned KPI's. Track campaign progress with updated documentation on live campaigns, pacing vs. delivery, and campaign milestones. Collaborate closely with sales, planning, creative, and client teams to ensure aligned execution and support of campaign goals. Reporting and coordination with your line manager to prioritise daily tasks, as well as individual and team objectives assigned on an annual basis. Proactive proposals for improvements and solutions related to the AdOps & Operations area. Requirements Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Business, or related fields. 2 + years of experience in areas of traffic and activation of digital campaigns in advertising agencies or AdTech companies. Demonstrable experience in the use of the main Adservers and DSPs in the market (such as: DV360, Xandr, Zemanta, The Trade Desk, Videoplaza, Campaign Manager, among others). Strong analytical skills and experience using BI tools, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas). Intermediate to advanced English level (desirable for global coordination). Preferred Skills Certifications in DSPs or Google Marketing Platform (e.g., DV360 Certification). Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
