We’re Hiring: Senior Recruiter – Bogotá (Remote for now, Hybrid Possible) Are you a skilled recruiter with a passion for finding top talent and delivering results? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience who lives in Bogotá and thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment. This role is 100% remote for now (hybrid possible in the future) and offers the exciting opportunity to recruit for diverse staff-level roles across multiple industries—mainly for clients based in the U.S. and Canada. What you’ll do: - Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting to offer. - Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings via our ATS and top job boards. - Actively headhunt and source passive candidates—this is not an in-house recruiting role! - Design interview processes tailored to each position and lead candidate interviews. - Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to share updates, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver high-quality results. What we’re looking for: - Based in Bogotá and available to work full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM). - C1 English level – you’ll speak and write in English daily with U.S.-based clients and candidates. - Strong experience in headhunting, cold hiring, and client management. - Prior experience recruiting for a U.S.-based recruitment agency is a major plus. - Experience in sales recruitment is a big plus. - Sharp instincts for spotting talent, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
