What You’ll Do in This Role Be part of our client’s team as a Client Data Analyst and turn raw data into strategic insights. You’ll analyze customer behavior, service performance, and engagement trends to improve delivery, boost retention, and support key decisions—driving real impact across the Professional Services organization. Job Overview Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM PST | US Holidays Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home What You’ll Be Doing Data Collection and Management: Identify and gather customer data from multiple sources, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero), and support systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through data cleaning, validation, and transformation Develop and maintain data pipelines and models for efficient data retrieval and analysis Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct exploratory data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and correlations in customer behavior, service use, and project outcomes Apply statistical methods and visualization techniques to generate insights from complex datasets Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including project profitability, delivery efficiency, adoption rates, time-to-value, and retention Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize services, and enhance customer engagement Reporting and Communication: Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders Present recommendations and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams clearly and effectively Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure accurate delivery Maintain documentation for data sources, analysis methodologies, and reporting processes Collaboration and Support: Partner with leadership to define strategies and goals based on data Support consultants and project teams with analysis for planning, execution, and risk mitigation Collaborate with Customer Project Managers to identify at-risk accounts and recommend proactive actions Help build data literacy within the Professional Services organization Requirements What You Need to Bring Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline 10+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within Professional Services, SaaS, or a technology-driven organization Proven ability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from various sources Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn), and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Heavy.ai Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero) , and other business applications Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sharp attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Understanding of Professional Services methodologies and customer lifecycle management (a plus) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application to business use cases Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using ETL tools Certifications in data analysis or business intelligence platforms Benefits Why You’ll Love Working Here 5-day work week Weekends off Work from home arrangement 20 vacation days in total Prepaid medicine Fully customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to our clients Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Prime office locations in Bogotá and Medellín Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
