We’re in a season of rapid growth — and our founder needs a right-hand administrative assistant to help keep priorities sharp, schedules on track, and communication flowing. This isn’t a “task-taker” role. You’ll be directly supporting our founder and leader, managing the details that make the big goals happen. If you’re highly organized, extremely well-spoken, and love making things run smoothly, you could be the next key player in our success story. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll work closely with our founder every day to: - Manage and organize his inbox, ensuring important messages get timely responses - Maintain and update his calendar, scheduling meetings and calls with precision - Handle Excel sheet imports and data cleanup for client accounts - Conduct research into new system features and update the team on findings - Update reports and maintain key tracking documents - Retrieve content from marketing and publish blog posts - Take on administrative tasks that help free up the founder’s time - Jump into special projects when priorities shift What We’re Looking For We need more than just an organized person — we need someone who’s sharp, confident, and can anticipate needs before they’re spoken. Our ideal candidate is: - Extremely well-spoken in English (both written and verbal) - Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through - Proactive and able to work independently - Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new tools quickly - Skilled in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM's - Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information Details & Benefits - Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Colombia time), with some flexibility - Pay: Quarterly raises during your first year, then annually - Holidays: Paid U.S. and Colombia holidays - Work Environment: Fully remote, working closely with our founder and a collaborative team across the U.S. and Colombia - Growth: As our company grows, so will your role and opportunities Our Culture At Little Giant Marketing, we’re laser-focused on results, innovation, and helping our clients grow — and we bring that same focus to our own team.
