You will develop a deep understanding of the business and its risks, leveraging Data Analytics and GenAI. With a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, you will have a good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards, and internal control frameworks. You will also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time. Fluency in English language skills is required. This is a full-time position based in Bogotá, Colombia. As a member of our team, you will contribute to strategic priorities and learn and apply innovative audit approaches. Job Requirements - Professional in public accounting and/or related fields. - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience e.g. within Internal and External Audit in the Insurance Services Industry. - Experience within complex, fast-moving, and international organizations. - Good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards, and internal control frameworks preferred. - Good understanding of insurance companies' processes and COSO framework. - Experience with and good understanding of new world skills (DA, ITGC, and GenAI).
