Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Representative Job ID : IOHSDR Hours : 8AM to 5PM PST (Monday to Friday) Target Start : ASAP Compensation: Base salary $1200 + commissions About Us: We are a dynamic company based in Los Angeles, California specializing in virtual assistant staffing and virtual receptionist services. Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will start by focusing on appointment setting, learning our services in-depth, and shadowing experienced sales team members during calls. After a few months of training and proven performance, you will transition into a full-time sales role, directly contributing to driving revenue and growing our business. We need someone who is coachable, embodies a "constant and never ending improvement" mindset and someone who is a team player. If this sounds like you, and you want to be in a high growth and high compensation position, we welcome you to apply Key Responsibilities: - Appointment Setting & Lead Nurturing: - Work within our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to manage leads and follow-up communications. - Contact prospects who have inquired about our virtual assistant staffing and virtual receptionist services to qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team. - Training & Development: - Sit in on sales calls to understand the sales process and refine your communication skills. - Participate in daily coaching sessions with our experienced sales team. - Transition to Full-Time Sales: - After demonstrating proficiency in appointment setting and product knowledge, transition into a full-time sales role. - Manage your own pipeline and sales process to close deals. - Use insights gained during training to proactively source and convert leads. Qualifications: - Sales and appointment-setting experience is a MUST. We offer training, but you must come in with proven sales experience for at least 2 years. - Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel, is an asset. - Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage prospects. - Coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. - Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
