We are seeking an experienced HR and DEI professional to lead the charge in building a thriving organizational culture. What You’ll Do Develop and execute HR strategies that align with MOYA’s vision and values. Ensure legal compliance while prioritizing employee well-being and ethical standards. Lead the design and implementation of inclusive policies, programs, and initiatives. Measure the effectiveness of DEI efforts and continuously optimize them based on feedback and results. Create career development frameworks and training programs to foster growth and innovation. Promote lifelong learning and skills advancement across teams. Develop and manage a performance review system focused on growth, recognition, and feedback. Coach managers and employees to support personal and professional development. Lead full-cycle recruitment aligned with MOYA’s mission, values, and culture. Design onboarding experiences that empower new hires from day one. Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and implement strategies to boost retention and satisfaction. Build a culture of trust, belonging, and shared purpose. Oversee the implementation of modern HRIS systems (e.g., Lattice, Gusto). Streamline HR processes through digital tools that enhance efficiency and transparency. What You’ll Bring to the Team Advanced English Level (B2+) 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role focused on DEI. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (Master’s or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred). Proven ability to develop and implement inclusive, forward-thinking HR practices. Strong track record in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. Experience managing HR systems and tools to drive organizational efficiency. High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for empowering people. Knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and ethical HR standards. A proactive, innovative mindset with a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
