**Sales Executive Hematology** The Sales Hematology Executive will develop the Holistic Model (Mix Role), generating demand and positioning of the Hematology portfolio products, and sales of Hematoclients in its territory, considering each HCPs, HTCs unmet needs and generating behavioral changes to achieve the goals and objectives of the Franchise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve the objectives for the Line KPIs, guaranteeing the coverage of HCPs, HTCs & the right frequency according with the segmentation - Develop the Hematology Holistic model by guaranteeing the sales goals, sales administrative processes and maintain strong relationships with Hcps and administrative in the Hematoclients in charge. - Identify Business opportunities (new patients, switch of patients, prophylaxis, surgeries, etc.) and grow up the business) - Segmentation and targeting KOLs and HTCs. - Understand the Omnichannel strategy and the implementation the digital tactics in your zone. - Develop the commercial strategy for the Hematoclients. - Training in Scientific Data and the ecosystem advances. - Develop and implement the accounts plans focus in the good performance of the zone. - Achieve the sales budget for the Hematology Line. - Permanently update about competitive threats, opportunities of the Hematology population, with your sales Manager, Product Manager and BUH rare diseases - Develop and maintain strong relationships with the territory KOLs, Hcp, depending on their prescription behavior. - Organize and follow up the local events or territory events; coordinate with HCPs guaranteeing the success in the results, managing the promotional budget. - Empowerment of your development Plan to achieve a high level in product knowledge, competence, Health system, negotiation and Digital - omnichannel. - Administrative Management : Business reports, expenses reports, follow up the promotional Digitals Dashboards and the compliance processes alignment to the organizations politics. **Requirements:** - Professional Health degree or business administration degree. - 2 years of experience with pharmaceutical companies is desirable. - Understanding of Colombian health care system. - Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc.). - Experience with customer reporting programs (Viva - CRM). - English basic. **Competence & skills:** - Effective and Empathetic Communication Competencies. - Negotiation skills. - Strong interpersonal relations. - Reliable and goal-oriented. - Analytical thinking and detail-oriented. - Strong customer relation management. - Ability to make decisions and solve problems. - Focus on the few priorities. - Results-oriented. - Commitment to promote diversity, equity and an inclusive environment.
