**Job Title: Operations Coordinator** **Location**:Remote (CST Timezone) **Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM CST **Role Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. As our Operations Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of our operations, responsible for more than just customer service. You will serve as the nerve center, tasked with problem-solving and dispatching in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role demands not only excellent communication skills but also a proactive approach to addressing challenges and ensuring swift resolutions. **Responsibilities**: - Handle incoming phone calls and text messages from clients, vendors, and team members. - Schedule visits for the field team and assign internal team members to perform work at client properties. - Input receipts to track material job costing. - Create estimates in our CRM. - Communicate with internal team members throughout the day to keep the schedule updated. - Track accounts receivable and contact customers for payment. - Send material orders to vendors. **Requirements**: - Comfortable with Google Sheets and Google Docs. - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software (e.g., Tripmaster and Airtable). - Bold, charismatic, and energized by our mission. - Willingness to dive in, ask questions, and learn from mistakes. - High energy and works with a sense of urgency. - Self-motivated go-getter looking to grow within the company.
