Present our wholesale mortgage offerings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Identify and qualify potential leads and set appointments for account executives or senior sales staff. Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from prospects and enhance outreach strategies. Stay current with industry trends, lending guidelines, and competitor products. Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Full professional English proficiency 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales , telemarketing , or mortgage industry preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling objections . Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets.
