Position type: Full-time Location: Remote job (worldwide) Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Department: Marketing As a Creative Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of our target brands and customers, enabling you to produce effective marketing content in a creative and design-led way. **Responsibilities** - Planning and collaborating in new and existing marketing initiatives - Cross-collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals - Creating content for and assisting in the management of social media accounts - Proposing, organizing and nurturing creative initiatives from brainstorming through to realization - Assisting in the management of tasks for newsletters, social media and printed material - Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation - Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing **Requirements**: - 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus - Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle a fast-paced work environment - Strong decision-making, attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or C1 level) - Experience in writing/copywriting/script creation - Curiosity and an eagerness to learn - Ability to take direction as well as use own initiative as necessary - Culturally savvy, creative - Digital marketing experience - A good understanding of all social media platforms and how to use them - A quick learner, able to pick things up and learn new skills with ease **Recruiting process** - Human Resources Interview - Technical Interview with the Chief Marketing Officer - Offer made **This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with benefits such as**: - Paid and non-paid time off, including vacations (16 days per year), holidays (16 days per year), Sick Leave, Marriage Leave, Birthday Leave, Parental Leave and Funeral Leave. - Bonuses such as Employee of The Month, Outstanding Performance Bonus and Anniversary Bonus. - Career development and growth with paid webinars and courses.
