The Account Lead Genetics generates demand and positioning of LSD specialty products in their territory, considering each HCP's unmet needs and generating behavioral changes to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Franchise. Key Responsibilities - Implement strategies and tactics related to disease awareness and product positioning with appropriate materials. - Achieve performance objectives established by the Franchise KPIs, guaranteeing coverage of HCPs and right frequency according to segmentation. - Follow-up on product sell-out according to entry of new patients and treatment adherence. - Collaborate with access and KAMs to ensure compliance of the route to purchase. - Create awareness and loyalty to brands, identifying new patients through visits to HCPs and promotional messages (visual aids and scientific articles). - Segment HCPs depending on prescription behavior and identify HCPs in charge of referring patients. - Request approvals and organize local events, coordinate with HCPs and institutions, and guarantee success in results, managing promotional budget. - Ensure high level of knowledge of products and competitors. - Buid solid relationships with HCPs, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Nurses, and buyers. - Understand patient's journey, identifying decision-makers and access barriers/opportunities. Requirements - Professional degree. - Understanding of Colombian healthcare system. - Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Experience with customer reporting programs (CRM). - Basic English language skills. Skills and Competences - Excellent communicator with negotiation and persuasion skills. - Strong interpersonal relations. - Reliable and goal-oriented. - Analytical thinking and detail-oriented. - Strong customer relation management. - Ability to problem solve. - Focused on few priorities. - Results-oriented.
