What you will do Chargeback reports, transaction reports, and other necessary operational reports related to acquiring. Transactional reconciliation of chargeback operations. Chargeback management. Tracking and managing any issues that arise. Developing operational procedures related to the tasks associated with your role. What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related careers. 1 year of experience in chargeback management. Global-level knowledge of acquiring Previous experience in roles related to acquiring and financial transactions, transaction reconciliation, preferably in operations areas within financial institutions (Banks). Advanced knowledge of Excel and office tools. Technical knowledge of payment systems, financial platforms, and chargeback financial processes.
