Job Title: Recruitment Assistant. (HR31684G) Location: Remote (PST Time Zone) Salary Range: 900 to 1000 USD Work Schedule: Monday. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team and support the recruitment process for our growing company. The Recruitment Assistant will handle administrative tasks, coordinate candidate communications, assist in sourcing and screening, and play an active role in interviewing candidates. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' qualifications and interest in the position. Interview Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Interviewing: Conduct initial and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and capabilities. Database Management: Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process. Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates regarding their application status and next steps. Administrative Support: Assist with recruitment documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure timely and effective hiring processes. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, including conducting candidate interviews (initial and/or technical). Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess candidate qualifications and interview performance effectively. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is strongly preferred.
