Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: English Advanced Industry: Logistic Full-time / Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm PST, Saturdays might be required. Salary: $3.000.000 - $3.500.000 COP About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CSR Transport Dispatcher to join our logistics team. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination between customers, carriers, and internal teams to manage container movements efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple orders and communications simultaneously. Experience in the U.S. transport or freight forwarding industry is highly desirable. Responsabilities: Receive and process orders from clients/customers. Enter orders into the internal system and track container status. Provide daily updates to customers regarding their containers (e.g., in transit, on hold, available). Communicate updates via email or spreadsheets, depending on customer preference. Secure port appointments once containers are available and request delivery appointments. Coordinate with the equipment team for live unload deliveries to ensure empty equipment is returned promptly. Notify customers of successful deliveries, whether live unload or drop, and provide Proof of Delivery (POD). Finalize each order by compiling all charges and updating the system for billing. Notify the billing team via email once an order is closed, including all charges and relevant documentation (e.g., interchanges). Requirements: +2 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with transportation and logistics terminology (e.g., POD, live unload, drayage). Experience using spreadsheets and logistics/dispatch systems. Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
