Key Responsibilities: - Service Coordination: Coordinate client requests, ensuring seamless delivery of services. - Client Collaboration: Work closely with the Luxuria Vacations team to fulfill client requests for services. - Destination Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of destinations to enhance your contributions and offer valuable insights to clients. - Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with our network of providers. - Quality Assurance: Meticulously review bookings and services for accuracy. - Logistics Coordination: Arrange various services including transfers, VIP services, spa treatments, golf outings, restaurant reservations, car rentals, and tours in core destinations such as Turks and Caicos, Mexico, Anguilla, and St. Barths. - Itinerary Management: Upload service details into the Admin system and conduct quality checks for specific destinations and VIP itineraries. - Data Collection: Participate in data collection initiatives as assigned. Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Highly proficient in English communication, encompassing both written and oral formats. - Proficient in travel booking systems and technology. - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for travel and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
