The Role Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Remote Type: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Full-Time Salary: $750 per month About Us You will have an independent contractor contract with Remote Hero, but work directly with our final client. About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow and position our brand in the alternative financing space. This role is perfect for someone who understands the challenges faced by businesses that don’t qualify for traditional bank loans and knows how to market cash advances and non-bank lending options effectively across digital platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads to generate leads and boost brand visibility. Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and ad copy tailored to small business owners and underserved entrepreneurs Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta/FB/IG) targeting audiences searching for business loans or alternative funding options Build a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and adjust strategy accordingly Stay updated on industry trends and competitor campaigns Why Join Us: You’ll be part of a mission to help small businesses access the capital they need when traditional institutions won’t help. Ideal Profile Requirements: Experience with LinkedIN Sales Navigator ADVANCED level of English Open to work on EST time zone Stable internet connection and reliable computer system Proven experience in social media marketing and Meta Ads Strong portfolio of past work and experience, especially in alternative financing, fintech, or loan-related industries Ability to design or coordinate the creation of social media graphics Clear understanding of marketing to businesses that are underserved by traditional banks Strong communication and analytical skills Bonus Points For: Experience working with MCA (merchant cash advance) or non-traditional lenders Knowledge of SEO or Google Ads Familiarity with CRM tools or lead generation platforms What's on Offer?
