About this opportunity: The Head of Sourcing Site Products and Logistics will have overall accountability for strategy development, alignment, and execution across a portfolio covering Site Products such as Site Interconnect, Energy Systems, Antenna systems, Installation Material, and Logistics covering Freight (International & Domestic), Warehousing, Distributors, Custom Clearance, Aftermarket, and Reversed Logistics. You will be responsible for managing a spend of approximately 17 BSEK. The leader is a member of the Global Sourcing Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Group Sourcing. You will execute the global sourcing strategy and secure a category supplier base that supports Ericsson's current and future business needs. The primary location for this role is Sweden; however, remote work is possible for candidates residing within European time zones. Candidates outside these zones may be considered for relocation support, subject to role requirements and individual circumstances. What you will do: - Lead a global team of Category and Strategic Sourcing Managers - Develop, implement, and drive category strategy - Advance the strategic value of Site Products and Logistics by benchmarking and implementing best-in-class practices - Engage with Business Area, Market Area, and Supply to develop strategies that meet financial and operational objectives - Develop competencies to understand industry trends in Site Products and Logistics - Drive process and policy simplification, governance, and compliance The skills you bring: - Education: BSc and MBA or equivalent - Minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership role - Preferably domain knowledge & experience in Site Products and Logistics or Hardware - Sourcing practice, process, and strategy knowledge - Proven ability to develop Should Cost models with suppliers and influence stakeholders - Industry intelligence, including understanding of industry structure and global supply base - Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills - Ability to influence stakeholders and lead diverse global teams Behavioral Competencies: - Relating and networking - Persuading and influencing - Adapting and responding to change - Analyzing - Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking - Formulating strategies and concepts - Curiosity and hunger to learn Why join Ericsson?
