Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the success of our Corporate Credit Services Team by performing various loan servicing functions. The key responsibilities include: - Triaging emails and reviewing loan instructions - Processing credit documents and validating lending calculations - Maintaining accurate balances in our enterprise book of record, ensuring compliance with credit authorizations and limits - Participating in exception management by identifying and resolving discrepancies - Contributing to operational reporting and quality control efforts, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to regulatory and financial standards Dimensions Operates independently to execute the fulfillment and maintenance of lending products within assigned authorities/limits Reviews and processes high volumes of daily transactions originated by customers, management, or a B/F system as they relate to the maintenance activities of Commercial and Small Business clients Investigates all adjustments & corrections ensuring entries are prepared accurately and processed with the appropriate level of approval Assists in managing activities related to the loan and Letter of Credit lifecycle, including document review, initial funding, drawdowns, paydowns, rollovers, rate changes, amendments, and loan maturities Supports the administration of instructions from agents on participations and direct deals, verifying limit availability and accuracy of calculations during fund disbursement Contributes to the coordination of internal funding requirements to support daily loan servicing activities Monitors case creation in Arteria for correct classification and assists in reconciliation reporting to ensure synchronization between systems Provides national coverage between the hours of operation (7 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time). Shifts may vary.
