About the Role We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of our Coupa Cloud environment. Your Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise to support and maintain the Coupa Cloud environment. - Champion automation-first approaches to operations, fostering collective ownership and a culture of continuous learning. - Build strong relationships with Engineering, Performance, Support, and Success teams to enhance cloud reliability and security. - Administer and maintain Windows servers in large-scale public cloud environments. - Develop new automation and administrative tools to streamline cloud operations. - Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. - Deploy product releases and maintenance updates efficiently and reliably. - Evaluate, implement, and maintain performance and availability monitoring tools. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical support and incident resolution. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant professional experience. - Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies. - Hands-on experience with database technologies, specifically SQL and RDS. - Proficiency in automation development using Chef or similar configuration management tools. - Familiarity with GitOps workflows and best coding practices. - Experience deploying, configuring, and managing artifact repositories. - Expertise in setting up and managing GitHub Actions and workflows. - Solid understanding of networking systems and protocols.
