We're a leading tourism sales and marketing company looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our team. We're expanding and seeking talented Appointment Setters to drive our growth. We offer two distinct earning structures to empower your success. Choose Your Path: Enhanced Commission OR Base Salary + USD Commissions Option 1: Enhanced Commission - Secure Base + High Earning Potential - $65 per attended appointment. - Plus, a weekly base of 250,000 COP. This base is provided to offer you a degree of financial security, helping to mitigate unforeseen circumstances that may arise. - Your earning potential is still very high, with the ability to significantly increase your income based on your performance. (Our current agents achieve 3-6 attended appointments weekly.) - Ideal for driven individuals who appreciate a safety net while pursuing high commissions. Option 2: Base Salary + USD Commissions - Generous base salary of 3,200,000 COP. - Additional earning potential through USD commissions. - Provides a stable income with the opportunity to earn more. Both Options Include: - Comprehensive 3-day paid training program. - Provided scripts and a constant stream of leads. - A supportive and results-oriented work environment in our Bogota office. - No weekend work! - Work hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Bogota Time). Your Role: - Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Achieve and exceed appointment-setting targets. - Maintain appointment calendars and follow up as needed. - Deliver exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For: - Exceptional English communication skills (B2 level or above), with experience with US customers. - Proven understanding of American customer service and sales approaches. - Experience using sales methodologies like FOMO. - Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Proactive attitude with a passion for achieving goals. - Must be able to work in our Bogota office.
