Job Title: Talent Sourcer We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our recruitment processes across multiple industries and roles. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through various sourcing tools and platforms. Main Responsibilities - Conduct proactive searches for qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other relevant sources. - Pre-screen candidates based on role requirements and present shortlists to recruiters. - Maintain and update candidate databases and sourcing trackers to ensure seamless collaboration. - Draft outreach messages and job advertisements aligned with each search to effectively communicate the opportunity. - Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand current and upcoming hiring needs and provide valuable insights. - Support initial stages of candidate engagement and scheduling when required to drive successful placements. Requirements - A minimum of 6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting support roles, preferably with a proven track record of success. - Intermediate English language skills, both written and verbal communication. - Strong research and online sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent. - Effective time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools to efficiently manage data and communication. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
