JobSummary We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (Frontend)to lead a team focused on building high-performance, CMS-driven webapplications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives incollaborative environments, is comfortable guiding technicaldecisions, and has hands-on expertise with headless CMS platformslike Hygraph, as well as modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliversolutions for a high-impact initiative: The Sphere project — agroundbreaking immersive experience platform. Basic familiaritywith AWS and the ability to manage remote teams in a fast-paced,agile environment is essential. Responsibilities - Lead, mentor,and grow a team of frontend engineers, ensuring high-quality outputand innovation. - Oversee development of scalable web applicationsusing React/Next.js and headless CMS solutions. - Guide technicaldecisions, best practices, and architectural patterns for CMSintegrations. - Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, andproduct managers to deliver performant digital products. - Manageworkflows, code quality, testing processes, and deploymentstandards. - Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure with AWS(basic knowledge required). - Align and work within Pacific TimeZone to meet project and stakeholder needs. Qualifications and JobRequirements - 5+ years of software engineering experience,including 2+ years in a leadership role. - Expertise in React/Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development. -Proven experience with Hygraph or similar headless CMS platforms(Sanity, Strapi, Contentful). - Familiarity with AWS services (EC2,S3, Lambda, etc.). - Experience leading remote engineering teamsand working in agile environments. - Strong communication, projectleadership, and problem-solving abilities.
