This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary designer who excels in bringing concepts to life through dynamic visuals and animation. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across various platforms and campaigns. What you will do: Convey creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence of South Latam region design work Control quality and raise its rate within the region Identify best practices and scale them Identify locally relevant design peculiarities and work closely with the Team Lead and local team on their implementation of global guidelines Develop a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materials Build a brand image through visual communications within the region Ensure consistency in visual communication within the region Develop master layouts for online and offline marketing activities Interact with cross-functional teams to find the best ways of performing projects Identify issues and points of growth providing solutions for their resolution What we expect from you: Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, self-developed A bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts or a related field is preferred but not crucial if the relevant work experience is demonstrated Advanced English proficiency : Both written and verbal communication skills are required Owning design course certificates is a plus Work experience in design studios, advertising agencies, or global companies as a senior/principal designer for 3+ years Working terms: Hybrid work schedule Unlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, with regular external and internal training from our partners The opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals who create one of the greatest success stories in the global IT industry Initial training #J-18808-Ljbffr
