Senior Mobile Application Developer Role EQUALS TRUE, a global talent network, seeks an experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer to spearhead the transition and optimization of mobile apps to React Native. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with 3+ years of professional experience building React Native apps. - Spearhead the development transition and optimization of mobile apps to ensure a smooth, responsive, and consistent user experience on both iOS and Android. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design architecture, define technical solutions, and deliver polished features from concept to release. - Troubleshoot complex issues and improve performance across the stack, with a focus on React Native best practices. Maintain high-quality code through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. Follow/update the release process for mobile apps, including app store submissions and version management. Mentor other engineers and promote best practices for mobile development, React Native architecture, and platform performance. Required Skills and Qualifications - Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and performance optimization in React Native. - Experience publishing and maintaining apps in the App Store and/or Google Play. - Solid understanding of native iOS development (Swift, UIKit) to bridge platform-specific gaps when needed. - Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for mobile (Jest, Detox, Xcode testing tools, etc.). - Proficient in CI/CD tools, mobile monitoring, and analytics to support performance and stability.
