Job summary We are seeking a passionate Ruby on Rails Developer with over 5 years of full-stack development experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails. - Write and maintain tests using RSpec, Minitest, and FactoryBot. - Implement front-end components using StimulusJS. - Manage email services with ActionMailer. - Handle background jobs using ActiveJob. - Utilize Hotwire (Turbo, StimulusJs) ecosystem to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Requirements - 5+ years of full-stack Ruby on Rails development experience. - Deep proficiency with Ruby and Rails frameworks. - Extensive experience writing tests with RSpec, Minitest, and FactoryBot. - Proven ability to effectively utilize AI-assisted coding tools. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, StimulusJS, and Hotwire ecosystem. - Experience managing email automation and background jobs. - Solid grasp of object-oriented design, clean coding practices, and software architecture. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
