What You Will Achieve Pfizer's Commercial Finance team is responsible for all Budgeting & Forecasting activities keeping close relationship with main stakeholders to provide solid financial advisory support across the market. The main responsibilities are intended to cover Planning periods, Management Reporting, and Business Strategy & Support. How You Will Achieve It - Local David tool implementation within the market & support stakeholders with their knowledge and useful of the new digital era. - Follow up on G2N and GM by customer providing insights to be an advisory to business and develop best practices with the aim to ensure margins and profitability. - Prepare, analyze, and control Budget execution within Biopharmaceutical business providing continuous support to all business units - Responsible for management presentations to leadership team & regional finance teams - Venezuela market explanations about Finance expenses & monitoring inflation, price regulation & market dynamics to serve as key player - On a quarterly basis, responsible for generating audit reports (Workflows, deals) ensuring capabilities & maintenance of tools & processes - Ensure the correct data usage regarding to financial master data management (Cost Centers, profit centers) - Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate flow of information for decision-making - Ensure SOP’s are up to date for all activities within scope - Key point of contact with sales & managers team to warrantee & assure Rebates according with revenue performance for each customer. - Serve as key point of contact for in-market Finance colleagues, platform leads and business partners and make sure that the business’ finance needs are met, risks/issues are resolved, and quality of output is consistently delivered in accordance with service level expectations - Maintain a general knowledge of market-specific trends and past performance as well as key drivers - Key interactions with DS CoE (Decision Support Center of Excellence) GFS (Global Financial Solutions) BFC (Business Finance Center) and key business partners **Qualifications**: - Excellent problem solving, project management, analytical skills, attention to detail, planning and time management skills - Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
